At Elevate Supply, we want every customer to receive the correct product in good condition. Please review our return and refund policy before placing an order.

30-Day Order Protection

All orders are covered by our 30-Day Order Protection policy.

You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if your order is affected by an issue caused during fulfillment or delivery, including:

  • Damaged item

  • Defective item

  • Incorrect item received

  • Missing item

  • Delivery failure

  • Lost package

To qualify, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery or within a reasonable time after the estimated delivery window has passed.

Returns

Because our products are fulfilled through third-party fulfillment partners, Zendrop does not accept physical returns.

For most approved order issues, a physical return is not required. Instead, we require clear photo or video evidence so we can review the issue and submit it to our fulfillment partner if needed.

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong item

  • Items that have been used, worn, or opened

  • Discomfort due to incorrect use

  • Expectations of medical results

  • Failure to read the product description before purchase

Damaged, Defective, Missing, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, missing items, or incorrect, please email us at:

  • A photo of the packaging, if applicable

  • A short description of the problem

Once we receive your request, we will review the evidence and work with our fulfillment partner to determine whether a replacement or refund is approved.

Lost or Failed Delivery

We will review the tracking information and work with our fulfillment partner to determine the next step. If the issue is validated, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund.

Refunds

If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Replacements

If a replacement is approved, we will arrange for a new item to be shipped to you at no additional cost.
